Gradient Automotive Information Systems and Frontline Training Consultants have formed a partnership arrangement to jointly develop a suite of innovative, intelligent software solutions to assist automotive dealer Aftersales staff achieve exceptional customer outcomes from each Aftersales transaction.

“Time and again automotive industry solutions providers pay lip service to the concept of Customer Satisfaction but actually focus on the needs of the dealer body rather than the customer” says Louise Curran, Frontline’s founder and principal.

“Our approach is to consider every transaction from the customer’s perspective and ensure that it is their needs, desires, preferences and choices that genuinely drive the process. Only then can you actually develop a true customer centric solution”, noted Louise.

“In addition, it is critical that the information from each customer interaction is instantaneously analysed and the results used to drive training needs analysis, customer satisfaction metrics and operational development plans through both the OEM and Dealer organisations” she added.

Initially the product offerings will encompass the areas directly affecting a customer’s interaction with dealer Aftermarket operations,from Online Service Booking to Service Reception, Service Advisor, Workshop and support services, through to Delivery.
